- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Mandatory Requirement:
- An unboxing video is required for all return claims.
- The video must clearly show:
- Sealed package
- Complete unboxing
- Visible damage or defect
- Returns without proper video proof will not be accepted.
- No returns will be accepted for reasons other than damage or defect.
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
- Eligible cases will receive a replacement product only.
- We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
